You probably have pancakes and waffles are almost the same now, just look different.
No problem. In general, the difference between the pancake and waffle mix that add a little more oil on the waffles. If Krusteaz says oil Add into the mix, simply ignored for the pancakes. If you have determined how to incorporate them into the filling mixture, do not worry.
To make the pancakes from scratch (which is) not really much harder than the mixture, gave me a recipe for crepes (thin pancakes, French adapted the material around fun fillings) at Suite101.
