The top half is very formal and it seems that the police) (jacket or shirt, but the lower half of camouflage military uniform. It seems pathetic.
In themselves ridiculous baseball cap instead of a real police hat and look like a team of baseball for children who are shocked (camouflage trousers) with senior officers.
