Anemic Before A Cesarean Im So Scared...please Read?

Im so scared...please read? - anemic before a cesarean

I feel dizzy, very much. It has been nearly constant. I am the weakness, if I have kept my baby fear. I am a little anemic, but I've never been so dizzy and I was very anemic before. They also formed the impression that my heart in my ribs when I feel dizzy, sick /. I have taken over 2 months late on my time, but have several pregnancy tests that have yielded negative results. I go to the doctor tomorrow but just wondered if anyone an idea what could went wrong with me. Thank you! =)
